Week three is where these things usually stall.
Most workplace programmes assume spare energy. Pledge walls, points, dashboards to log into. The people they’re meant for are usually the busiest in the building, so participation peaks at launch and quietly fades by week three.
The Team Cycle assumes the opposite: stretched people, loud weeks, no spare attention. One small check-in a day. A short read with it. A letter every Sunday. Nothing to compete over, nothing to fall behind on, and a built-in restart for anyone who drifts.
The business case is short. A fixed price that doesn’t creep, nothing for IT to review, no one assigned to run it, and numbers at the end that hold up in a wellbeing review, an ESG narrative or a B Corp file.
One email in. One page of proof out.
Three steps, one of them yours.
You send one email
We write the email for you to send your team, and hand over the joining codes. Each person joins from their own phone in under a minute. No accounts, no installs, no IT project.
Thirty days of quiet rhythm
A two-minute daily check-in, one short read, a letter every Sunday. Each person picks habits that fit their own life. It runs itself; no one on your side manages anything.
You get the report
Participation, habits held, estimated savings and CO₂ avoided, on one page you can use in wellbeing reviews, ESG narratives or a B Corp submission.
Your people’s habits are their business.
Each person’s check-ins stay on their own device. We hold an email address only if someone turns on reminders or signs in. The report you receive is aggregate or nothing: there is no individual reporting, ever, and no way for us to build it.
Impact figures are indicative estimates from UK averages, labelled as such. The participation and habit data is real, measured, and yours.
More a daily practice than a tracker.
Each morning opens with a short reframe, not a checklist to police. Guides, quiet insight and built-in recovery mean people keep going through busy weeks, and you see the shape of the effort, not a record of any one person.

Want it led in the room? We run facilitated sessions, in person or live, on request.

The ones we’d ask too.
How much work is it for us?
One email to your team, which we draft, and a yes. Setup, letters, nudges and the report are ours. There is no admin dashboard because there is no admin.
What if people don’t join in?
Some won’t, and the report shows real participation rather than a flattering version. The format is designed for partial, imperfect uptake; a team where half the people finish a month is a better result than a launch week everyone abandons.
Does IT need to review anything?
There’s nothing to install and there are no employee accounts. Check-ins stay on each person’s device, and we hold an email only if someone opts into reminders. Most reviews end at that sentence.
We could run something free ourselves. Why pay?
You could, and some teams should. In practice, free means a keen colleague, a spreadsheet and a Slack channel, and by week three the admin has quietly become one stretched person’s second job. The Team Cycle takes that off your plate: one email to set up, nothing to manage, a calm format built to survive busy weeks, and a one-page report you can drop into a board pack, an ESG narrative or a B Corp file. You pay for the done-for-you and the proof, not for the idea.
Is the impact data audited?
No. Savings and CO₂ figures are indicative estimates from UK averages, clearly labelled in the report. The participation and habit data is real, measured, and yours.
Can you run it with us in person?
Yes. We’re facilitators by background, and for teams who want more than the self-running cycle, we run sessions live or in person, on request. The same calm method, in the room. Tell us what you need and we’ll keep it simple.
When can we start?
The Monday after you confirm. A 15-minute call is enough to set everything up.
The same cycle, whoever you are.
It asks for three things: people who’d do better with a small shared rhythm, weeks already full, and no appetite to run another platform. The report at the end is optional, and the language changes to fit.
Not ready yet? Keep in touch.
One small idea each Sunday, in the same calm voice. No app, no pitch.
Confirm once and you’re in. Unsubscribe in a click, we never sell anything to anyone.
